1)Operations Coordinator
Highly motivated individual who has the ability to organize, manage and execute several projects simultaneously.
Have general knowledge and understanding of print production and manufacturing and will need to initiate communication with internal departments in order to maintain production objectives. Must be able to establish and monitor production schedules on a monthly, weekly and daily basis while communicating with several vendors to maintain project deadlines.
Knowledge of standard graphic design programs is A+.
Must be able to use MS Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
2)Creative Designer
Well-rounded, experienced and outstanding designer who can push the aesthetic every time to communicate the essence of a message in new and exciting ways.
Must demonstrate a strong creative eye in use of layout, color, and images, be experienced in the design of a brand from concept through to completion, packaging, ads, promotional and marketing materials.
Must be proficient in Photoshop, and Illustrator.
3)3D Artists
Must be experienced in 3d Studio Max, Maya and also motion builder packages.
Some animation experience is preferred though strong character skills are not a must.
Self-starting problem solvers preferred.
Experience in commercial cg production is preferred but again not essential to the right candidate.
Must have organizational skills and be used to working within tight deadlines.
4)Media Planner
Expert knowledge of Excel and budgeting process a must.
Excellent negotiating skills and attention to detail required.
Candidate must possess two years of experience in relevant field.
5)Game World Planner
Design, prototype and develop game environments-including the game-play moments and relative locations of terrain, rooms, and objects therein.
Layout 3-D environments that fulfill the requirements of the project's game design and visual design-as outlined in the game design documents, style guides, and appropriate reference material.
Develop and communicate game world designs through sketches, plans, and images.
Work closely with the Lead Game Designer, Art Director, Lead Artist, Level Designers and Environment Artists through all phases of designing, prototyping and implementing game worlds.
Develop and diagram for artist use game-play standards and guidelines for world construction.
Understand the possibilities, requirements and constraints of the game engine and platform.
Give input on game design issues, and generate game-play ideas and scenarios.
Test game worlds for bugs, playability, and fun.
Communicate fixes to appropriate personnel.
